 | Kerry Esmay lives in Merrick, New York with her husband John and their two children, Oliver (14) and Marlow (10). A lifelong Long Islander, Kerry grew up in Baldwin and attended St. Christopher’s Elementary School before graduating from Holy Trinity High School in Hicksville. She went on to attend Hunter College, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry. Kerry began her professional career at Bank of America, spending three years there before joining MUFG Securities, where she spent the majority of her 15+ year career in investment banking, primarily focused on the Oil & Gas sector. Throughout her career, she developed deep experience in capital markets, client relationship management, and strategic advisory work. Most recently, Kerry joined Bondway.ai, an early-stage fintech startup, where she worked as a Capital Markets Specialist, helping bridge traditional capital markets expertise with emerging technology and AI-driven solutions. Kerry is deeply involved in both her local and seasonal communities, serving on the board of the Chatterton PTA and as Treasurer of the Beaver Lake Homeowners Association in Damascus, Pennsylvania, where her family enjoys spending long weekends and summer months. Kerry has also been an active member of the Freeport-Merrick Rotary Club since 2023 and looks forward to serving as the Club’s President for the 2026–2027 Rotary year, continuing her commitment to community service and local engagement. Outside of work and volunteering, Kerry recharges by spending time outdoors—often with a long walk and a good podcast queued up. She’s a lifelong learner and a curious traveler who is always looking forward to the next place to explore with her family. | |
